By accessing and using SeenAI services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

SeenAI is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that enables:

  • Monitoring your brand visibility in AI model responses
  • Analyzing mentions in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other models
  • Comparing your visibility with competitors
  • Receiving optimization recommendations
  • Accessing progress reports and metrics

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Provide truthful and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. SeenAI will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscriptions

We offer different subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) with varying features and limits. Prices are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT)
  • Invoices are automatically sent by email

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes affecting your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Overload our systems with excessive automated requests

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

SeenAI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SeenAI Technologies S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing you with the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific AI visibility results
  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SeenAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You use the Service fraudulently
  • You fail to make required payments

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
